Doublelight Productions and its owner/GM, Daniel MORNEAU represented one of their clients, the Consulate of Togo in Quebec, over a cocktail organized at that time by Quebec Premier, Philippe COUILLARD, during the Quebec National Holiday.
The event occurred at the nice Domaine Cataraqui in Quebec City. Many French speaking african ambassadors, such as Togo ambassador in Canada, were part of the activity along other general and honorary consuls from other countries.
