Doublelight Productions International is a Quebec and Canadian company existing since late 2005. It ensures various professional services (Videos-Communications-Web) for companies, governments, parapublic organizations, consulates, embassies and other groups and associations.

Doublelight Productions International works very closely with some of its clients; the Togo Consulate in Quebec, the Togo Embassy in Canada, the law firm Stéphane HARVEY Avocats inc. etc…

Our team

Daniel MORNEAU

Owner and General Manager of Doublelight Productions International

Daniel MORNEAU is an entrepreneur, director, producer, creator & developer of the company’s audio-visual projects/contracts, Websites and communications/media relations & social media mandates.

He has a very good and extensive experience since the late 80’s in all of these fields, holding positions as press/political attaché, communications director and senior communications advisor within the premises of federal ministers, provincial VP of the Ontario Assembly, the P3 Agency and the APCHQ in Quebec.

He also worked as a reporter-journalist-director (TV, radio, print and Web) for more than 15 years in English Canada and Quebec (SRC/RDI, TVOntario, TVA, TQS, and Info 690, the continuous news radio in Montreal).

He dwelled and worked for three years in Mauritius as a marketing-sales manager in the advertising field. His three-year stay also led him to make several trips to India.

He has numerous clients in the private and government sectors. His own network combined to some very good collaborators ensures opportunities for assured expansion in North America and internationally.

He owns an Honors BA in International Studies/Diplomacy/Political Science/Economics from Glendon Bilingual College/York University in Toronto. He also holds some College diplomas in Communications/Journalism from Quebec College Limoilou & the CART, both sited in Quebec City.
